Cash bar starts at 5 pm followed by a class photo at 5:45 and a buffet dinner and social time from 6 to 10 pm. The dinner menu includes:
- Chicken picatta · Penne with no-meat Marinara · Roast beef
- Mixed seasonal vegetables · Roasted potatoes
- Tossed salad
- Bread
- Dessert selections
